EASY SCALLOPED POTATOES 
1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash browns, thaw
3/4 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. sour cream
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Corn flakes, crushed

Mix all ingredients except 1/4 cup of butter and corn flakes. Put in oblong casserole dish and top with crushed corn flakes mixed with 1/4 cup butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Recipe can be prepared and frozen.
