WENDY'S BEST SCALLOPED POTATOES 
Simply the best!

3 lb. potatoes
1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom
1 onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. pepper

Preheat oven to 375°F. Peel potatoes. Chop into slices or bite size pieces.

Put potatoes in a bowl and pour in both soups, pepper and chopped onion. Stir until all ingredients are mixed and pour into baking dish.

Bake at 375°F for 1 1/2 hours of until desired doneness of potatoes is reached.

Note: Cover with foil for the first hour and then remove for the last 1/2 hour.
