CHEESY BACON SCALLOPED POTATOES 
6 medium potatoes
1/2 jar Ragu cheese sauce
1 medium onion
3 garlic cloves
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons real bacon crumbles
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Thinly slice scrubbed potatoes, leaving skins on. Chop onion and garlic. Mix cheese sauce, milk, onion, garlic, and salt and pepper in a large bowl.

Add potatoes a little at a time, stirring each time to coat potatoes. Continue until all slices are well coated.

Spread olive oil in bottom and on sides of casserole dish. Arrange potato mixture in casserole dish. Sprinkle bacon over the top.

Cook for approximately 45 minutes, covered. Remove cover and put back in the oven for 5-10 minutes (if you like a little browning on the top.) Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
