EASY SCALLOPED POTATOES 
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1/2 c. milk
Dash pepper
4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
1 sm. onion, sliced

Mix soup, milk and pepper. In greased 1 1/2 quart casserole, add layers of potatoes, onions and cheese mixture. Top with paprika and dot with butter. Bake in covered casserole for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Uncover for the last 15 minutes to brown.
