PEACH COBBLER | |
Heat in pot until warm: 1 (28 oz.) can sliced peaches 1 cup granulated sugar (I use 3/4 cup plus I sprinkle in some cinnamon) Mix together: 1 cup all-purpose flour 1 cup granulated sugar 2 tsp. baking powder 3/4 cup milk Melt 6 tablespoons (3/4 stick) butter in 9x13-inch pan. Add the dough on top of melted butter. Add warm peaches and juice. Bake at 350°F about 1 hour or until crust is golden brown. Top with vanilla ice cream, if desired Submitted by: Debbie Detmer |
