2 c. flour 2 sticks butter, at room temperature 2 tbsp. sugar 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened 2 c. powdered sugar 2 pkg. French's lemon pie filling 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip Mix flour, butter and sugar as for pie dough. Pat onto bottom and sides of 9x13 inch pan. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. Beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy. Spread on cooled crust. Make the lemon pie filling according to directions. Set aside to cool. Pour cooled filling over cream cheese mixture. Spread Cool Whip topping over cold lemon filling. Refrigerate. |
