BLUEBERRY MYSTERY DESSERT 
FILLING:

2 c. blueberries
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt

Combine blueberries and lemon juice. Spoon into a greased 8-inch square pan or dish. Combine 3/4 cup sugar and butter, mixing well. Stir in baking powder and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Add flour to sugar mixture alternately with milk, beating well after each addition. Spoon batter over berries.

PIE CRUST:

1 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. boiling water

Combine 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and cornstarch. Sprinkle over batter. Pour boiling water over all. Bake at 400 degrees for about 45 minutes. Delicious served warm with ice cream.
