COLD POPOVERS 
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt

Put all ingredients in mixing bowl. Stir with spoon until what's dry is moist. Disregard lumps. Pour into cold iron pans to half full. Place in cold oven. Set oven at 450 degrees and bake 30 minutes. Don't peek. Serve immediately.
