WISCONSIN PIE 
Pastry for 1 crust (9 inch pie)
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. mushroom slices
1/4 c. chopped green peppers
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 (8 oz.) can pizza sauce
1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Place pastry in 9 inch pie plate. Prick sides and bottom with fork. Bake at 425 degrees 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees. Brown meat and drain. Add vegetables and cook until tender. Stir in sauce. Simmer 5 minutes. Spoon 1/2 meat mixture into pie crust. Cover with 3/4 cup cheese then remaining meat mixture. Bake at 350 degrees 15 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Continue baking until cheese is melted.

Microwave: Place pastry in pie plate and microwave on high 6 minutes, turning dish after 3 minutes. Crumble meat in bowl and add vegetables. Microwave 5 to 6 minutes or until meat loses pink color. Drain. Stir in sauce. Microwave 2 minutes. Fill shell as directed. Microwave 1 minute. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and microwave 2 to 3 minutes until cheese is melted, turning dish each minute. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
