PUMPKIN PIE 
1/2 c. butter
2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
1 tbsp. honey or 2 tbsp. sugar
1 (16 oz.) can mashed pumpkin
1 c. brown sugar or 1/2 c. honey
1 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 eggs, beaten

In a 10" pie plate place butter Microwave at high 1 minute until melted. Add crumbs and sugar or honey. Mix well. Firmly press into a pan. Microwave at high 2 minutes, turning dish 1/2 turn after 1 minute.

In 2 quart casserole blend together pumpkin, brown sugar or honey, pumpkin pie spice, flour, salt, evaporated milk and eggs. Microwave at medium high (7) 12 to 14 minutes. Stir every 5 minutes until hot and thick. Pour into pie shell, microwave at medium high (7) 8 to 10 minutes, rotating dish 1/2 turn after 4 minutes. Let stand 15 to 20 minutes before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
