MOSTACCIOLI AND SAUSAGE BAKE 
1 lb. Italian sausage, cut in 1/4 inch diagonal slices
1 (15 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
6 oz. Mostaccioli noodles, cooked and drained
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 (4 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Brown sausage; drain. Add sauce, noodles, and Parmesan cheese. Mix well. Microwave on high 7-8 minutes, or until heated through, stirring after 4 minutes. Top with Mozzarella cheese. Microwave 2 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Serves 4.

Conventional oven: Top with cheese before baking. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes, or until heated through.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
