MOSTACCIOLI AND SAUSAGE BAKE | |
1 lb. Italian sausage, cut in 1/4 inch diagonal slices 1 (15 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce 8 oz. Mostaccioli noodles, cooked and drained 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown sausage; drain. In 2 quart baking dish combine sausage, sauce, noodles, Parmesan cheese and half of Mozzarella cheese; mixing well. Top with remaining Mozzarella cheese. Bake 25 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Makes 4 to 6 servings. |
