1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. oil
1 egg
1 c. strawberries, crushed
1/2 cup nuts (optional)

Mix together the dry ingredients. Add oil, eggs, strawberries and nuts.

Bake in a greased and floured loaf pan for 50-55 minutes at 350°F.
