STRAWBERRY BREAD 
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 small pkg. strawberry gelatin
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. oil
2 (10 oz.) pkg. strawberries, drained (reserve juice)
1 1/2 c. nuts

Beat eggs and sugar. Add remaining ingredients except strawberries and nuts. Mix well. Fold in strawberries and nuts. Pour into 2 greased or 5 small loaf pans.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour. Adjust time if you use small pans.

Glaze:

1 c. confectioners sugar

Add reserved juice until desired consistency. Drizzle over loaves when cool.
