STRAWBERRY BREAD 
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
4 eggs (beaten)
1 1/4 c. vegetable oil (or apple sauce)
2 c. fresh or frozen strawberries

In a large bowl, mix flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and sugar. Mix well. Add eggs, oil, and strawberries. Pour into a greased bunt pan.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
