STRAWBERRY BRUNCH BREAD 
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 c. Crisco
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen sliced strawberries, thawed
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. strawberry flavoring
1 1/2 c. finely chopped black walnuts

Sift together first 5 ingredients. In a large bowl, beat eggs thoroughly and add to Crisco. Slowly add the sifted mixture, alternating with the strawberries (include juice from packages). Add vanilla and strawberry flavoring. Add the black walnuts; mix thoroughly. Spray pans with Pam and bake at 350°F for 50 to 60 minutes, depending on oven and size of bread pans. Delicious and may be made in miniature pans for gift giving.
