STRAWBERRY BREAD 
1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
3/4 cup sugar
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 eggs
2 cups Cool Whip
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
1 tbsp. milk

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Combine strawberries with 1/4 cup sugar. Mix remaining sugar with flour, baking powder and salt. Add butter, eggs, and strawberries and mix just until moistened.

Fold in 1 1/2 cups whipped topping. Pour into a greased loaf pan.

Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean.

Topping: Beat remaining cream cheese with milk; mix with remaining Cool Whip. Spread over top.
