ANNIE'S STRAWBERRY BREAD 
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 3/4 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 c. fresh strawberries, sliced
1 c. chopped walnuts

In large bowl combine first five ingredients. Add eggs and vegetable oil and mix well. Stir in strawberries and walnuts until evenly distributed. Grease and flour two 9x5x3 inch loaf pans. Divide batter among pans and bake 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool in pan 10 minutes before turning out on wire rack. Cool completely before slicing (freezes great).
