Thaw 4 loaves of Rich's bread dough for 6 hours. TOPPING: 1 lb. Capicola 1 lb. Provolone cheese 1 lb. sliced pepperoni 1 lb. shredded Mozzarella Olive oil Italian seasonings (McCormick) Roll out bread dough and place on lightly oiled cookie sheet. Layer each of the toppings on the dough making sure dough is covered. Dot with drops of olive oil seasoned with Italian seasoning. Roll like a jelly roll, pinch edges to seal. Bake in 400 degree oven for 20 minutes. Freeze if desired. Reheat at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. Makes 4 large loaves. |
