FROM WOODSTOCK INN, VT 
6 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1/2 lb. Velveeta
Sm. can mushrooms, sliced
Green peppers slices
Pimento pieces

Make white sauce of 4 tablespoons butter, 4 tablespoons flour, and 2 cups milk. Stir in cheese until melted. Gently fold in remaining ingredients. Serve over chow mein noodles. Serves 4-6.

8 people = 10 eggs. Increase white sauce by 2 tablespoons each butter and flour; also cheese and 2 cans (small) mushrooms.
