1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen sweet peas
1 1/2 c. salted Spanish peanuts
1 c. small cheddar cheese cubes
1/4 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped red onion
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
Few teaspoons bacon bits

Put peas in large bowl to thaw. While thawing, add remaining ingredients and combine.
