SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
2 lb. lean ground meat
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/4 c. flour
2 beaten eggs or Egg Beaters
Flour and milk for gravy

Mix first 9 ingredients together. Mixture will be soft. Form into meatballs about the size of a golf ball and roll each in flour. Brown in shortening or oil. Remove meatballs. Make a thin white gravy using the drippings, flour and milk. Return meatballs to gravy and simmer covered for about 20 minutes. Serves 6-8 over cooked rice or pasta.
