ALLISON'S CHINESE SPARERIBS | |
4 lbs. spareribs 6 cloves garlic (crushed very fine) 3 tsp. salt 1 c. honey 1/2 c. soy sauce 2 c. chicken stock, made with 2 bouillon cubes 1/2 c. catsup Marinate spareribs overnight in sauce. Baste and turn occasionally. Refrigerate. When ready to serve put spareribs and marinade in roasting pan and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour to 1 hour and 20 minutes. Baste frequently and serve over rice. Serves 4. |
