CHINESE STYLE SPARERIBS 
2 c. boiling water
2 bouillon cubes (beef)
2 cloves chopped garlic
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. red food coloring
4 tbsp. honey
4 tbsp. soy sauce
5 lbs. spareribs

Place spareribs in a large pan. Mix all other ingredients together and pour over ribs. Let marinate in refrigerator for 24 hours, turning a few times. Place on rack in pan and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
