CHINESE SPARERIBS 
6 cloves garlic
1 tbsp. salt
1 c. honey
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 c. chicken stock, made with 2 bouillon cubes
1/2 c. catsup

Mash or grind garlic to a fine pulp; mix with salt. Mix these ingredients with the remaining ingredients. Marinate 4 pounds spare ribs, cut into small pieces overnight in sauce.

Baste and turn occasionally. Refrigerate or freeze. When ready to serve, bring to room temperature; put spare ribs and marinate in roasting pan and bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes; reduce heat and bake at 325 degrees for 60-80 minutes. Baste frequently. Serve with marinade and rice. Serves 4.
