CHINESE STYLE SPARERIBS 
3 1/2 lbs. pork spareribs
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 c. tomato sauce
3/4 c. duck sauce
1/4 c. honey
1 tbsp. hot sauce
3 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tbsp. onion powder

Wash meat thoroughly and drain. Place in baking pan. Simmer salt, pepper, tomato sauce, duck sauce, honey, hot sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and onion powder for 10 minutes. Pour 1/2 of mixture over ribs and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Pour remaining half of sauce over ribs and bake for 40 minutes. Serves 4 or more.
