CHINESE GLAZED SPARERIBS 
4 lb. spareribs
Salt
Pepper
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. sherry
1/4 c. honey
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 clove garlic, minced

Sprinkle the spareribs with salt and pepper. Put them in a pan and bake in a 400 degree oven for 1 hour. Pour off the fat. Mix the tomato sauce with the other ingredients and pour over the ribs, continue baking for 1 hour more basting every 15 minutes with the sauce.
