CHINESE BAKED SPARERIBS 
3 lbs. spare ribs, cut in pieces
1/4 c. prepared powdered mustard
1/4 c. light pancake syrup
1/4 c. soy sauce
3 tbsp. cider vinegar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. Tabasco sauce

Place ribs in shallow baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ribs. Chill, covered, 3 hours or longer. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hour or until tender. Serves 4.
