CHINESE BAKED SPARERIBS 
3 lbs. pork spareribs, cut in serving pieces
1/4 c. prepared mustard
1/4 c. light molasses
1/4 c. soy sauce
3 tbsp. cider vinegar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. Tabasco sauce

Place ribs in shallow baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ribs. Chill, covered, 3 hours or longer. Start oven at moderate (350 degrees). Bake ribs about 1 1/2 hours or until tender and done. Baste frequently with sauce in pan. Turn ribs once during baking.

When brown and crusty, serve at once. Makes 3-4 servings. A cup of water may be added during cooking. This is a finger food; serve plenty of paper napkins.
