THREE LAYER SPARERIB BAKE 
2 lbs. spareribs or center cut pork chops
2 c. sauerkraut
2 c. applesauce

Brown ribs in 9 x 13 inch baking pan for 15 minutes at 400 degrees; then turn heat down to 350 degrees. Spoon sauerkraut over ribs. Spoon applesauce over sauerkraut. Bake for 1 hour. Serves 2 to 3 people.
