BAKED SPARERIBS AND STUFFING 
1 med. chopped onion
1 tbsp. fat (oleo)
1 c. catsup
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. salt and pepper (each)
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 lbs. spareribs

Saute onion in fat. Add remaining ingredients except ribs and bring to boil. Pour over ribs; bake for 2 hours and 30 minutes at 325 to 350 degrees.

STUFFING:

2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
3 c. diced bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. butter
1/4 tsp. sage, salt and pepper

Mix stuffing ingredients and place on baking dish. Cover with ribs and baste with barbecue sauce.
