FRESH FRUIT DESSERT PIZZA 
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk (not evaporated)
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. real lemon reconstituted lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
1 c. unsifted flour
1/4 c. quick cooking oats
1/4 c. finely chopped walnuts
Assorted fresh or canned fruit (strawberries, grapes, kiwi, oranges, pineapple, banana, etc.)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In medium bowl combine Eagle Brand milk, sour cream, lemon juice and vanilla. Mix well. Chill.

In larger mixer bowl, beat butter and sugar until fluffy; mix in flour, oats and walnuts until thoroughly blended. On lightly oiled pizza pan or baking sheet, press dough in 12 inch circle forming a rim around the edge. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool. Spoon filling evenly onto crust. Arrange fruit on top of filling. Chill before serving. Refrigerate leftovers.
