FRESH FRUIT DESSERT PIZZA | |
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk 1/2 c. sour cream 1/2 c. lemon juice 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed 1 c. flour 1/4 c. quick oats 1/4 c. walnuts, chopped 1/2 c. butter Assorted fresh or canned fruits: strawberries, kiwi, grapes, orange, banana, pineapple, etc., sliced Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In medium bowl, combine milk, sour cream, lemon and vanilla. Mix well. Chill. In large bowl, beat butter, and sugar until fluffy; mix in flour, oats and walnuts until thoroughly blended. On lightly oiled pizza pan, press dough into 12 inch circle forming rim around edge. Prick with fork. Bake 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown. Spoon cream mixture evenly onto crust. Arrange fruit on top of filling. Chill before serving. |
