JELLO-YOGURT-MARSHMALLOW FLUFF
DESSERT
 
JELLO:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. jello
1 (6 oz.) cup yogurt
2 cups your-choice fresh fruit (cut into small pieces), divided
water (per jello pkg. directions)

TOPPING:

1/2 cup marshmallow fluff (or creme)
1/2 cup cream cheese

Note: Mix and match the flavors of jello and yogurt to suit your taste! Feel free to alter the amount of the topping ingredients to suit your preference. Flavored cream cheese may be used.

Add boiling water (per package directions) to jello mix in a medium size bowl and stir until dissolved. Add yogurt and stir until dissolved. Add 1 cup of fresh fruit pieces and stir. Add 1 cup of cold water.

Pour the mixture into desired vessels (dessert glasses are great, or any kind of glass or personal sized bowl). Place in refrigerator for 3 hours until firm.

TO SERVE:

Mix most of remaining fruit, marshmallow fluff, and cream cheese together in a bowl. Spoon onto individual jello-yogurt cups. Top with the remaining fruit.

Serve & eat!
