MARYLAND-STYLE CRAB CAKES | |
1 lb. crabmeat 1/2 c. dried bread crumbs 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1 tsp. dry mustard 1 tsp. Worcestershire 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 egg, just add Oil to fry 1. In large bowl with fork, break crabmeat into fine shreds. Stir in crumbs, mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire, salt, pepper and egg. Shape mixture into 8 patties. 2. In 10 inch skillet over medium heat, in hot oil, fry 4 patties at a time until golden on both sides, turning once. Drain on paper towels. |
