SAUTEED SAUERKRAUT 
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. onions
1 lg. can kraut, washed
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. caraway seed (opt.)

Saute onion in butter, add sauerkraut. Cover pot until kraut is hot. Add remaining ingredients and cook slowly for about 20 minutes.
