PLANTATION COFFEE PUNCH 
1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. dry instant coffee
1 tsp. vanilla
5 c. whole milk
1 pt. coffee ice cream
Whipped cream for garnish
Dash salt
Nutmeg, if desired

Combine sugar, coffee, salt, vanilla and milk. Stir well until sugar is dissolved. Ladle ice cream by large spoonfuls into punch bowl. Pour chilled coffee mixture over this. Top with puffs of whipped cream and sprinkle with nutmeg. Serves 12. Will keep in refrigerator for at least a week.
