COFFEE PUNCH 
3 c. strong coffee
1 qt. milk
3 lg. cans evaporated milk (not condensed)
1 gallon ice cream of your choice (vanilla, chocolate or coffee)
2 liter ginger ale or club soda
1 c. sugar
Vanilla to taste

Make coffee early in the day or the day before, if possible. Combine coffee, milk, sugar and vanilla and refrigerate. When ready to serve, pour all ingredients in large bowl; add ice cream and ginger ale or club soda. Serve 50-60.

For added zip, add a fifth of coffee liquor, Amaretto, or your choice.
