CREAMY COFFEE PUNCH 
1/2 c. instant coffee
1/3 c. sugar
5 c. cold water
1 c. half and half
4 eggs, well beaten
1 qt. vanilla ice cream, softened
2 tsp. vanilla

Dissolve coffee and sugar in water; stir in vanilla. Stir half and half into well beaten eggs. Add to coffee mixture. Beat in softened ice cream. Chill at least one hour. Just before serving, beat to blend. Serves 20 or 2 1/2 quarts.
