COFFEE PARTY PUNCH 
6 tbsp. instant coffee
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. water
3 lg. cans (5 c.) evaporated milk
1 qt. firmly frozen vanilla ice cream
1 qt. carbonated water, chilled

Combine coffee, sugar and salt in sauce pan. Add water and mix well. Place over low heat and stir constantly until well mixed. Remove from heat, chill, then stir in milk. When ready to serve, pour into punch bowl. Spoon in ice cream, slightly stir. Pour in carbonated water. Makes 24 punch cup servings.
