1/2 c. sugar
5 c. flour
1/2 c. safflower oil or other liquid shortening
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. cold water

Cover bowl with wax paper and and towel and let rise until doubled. Divide into 3 parts and roll on floured board into pie shapes about 1/2 inch thick.
