NO KNEAD CRESCENT ROLLS 
1 c. scalded milk
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
3 beaten eggs
1 1/2 pkgs. dry yeast
1/2 c. cold water
5 c. flour
1 tsp. salt

Add sugar, oil, salt, and water to milk. Mix in eggs and yeast. Gradually add flour, mixing well. Cover and let rise until double. Shape into crescent, clover leaf, or cinnamon rolls. Bake at 375 degrees for 14 minutes. I let them raise again before baking until they look right. Makes great cinnamon rolls!
