SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. pork sausage
3 c. frozen hash browns, thawed
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. cheese, shredded
1/2 c. green pepper (optional)
12 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk

Cook sausage. Drain and crumble. Grease a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Place hash brown in pan. Add salt. Layer sausage, cheese and pepper in dish. Combine eggs with milk and pour over mixture. Bake at 375°F until cooked through, about 25 minutes.
