NO-KNEAD CINNAMON ROLLS 
1 c. scalded milk
3/4 c. sugar
6 tbsp. melted shortening
3 tsp. salt

Cool to lukewarm by adding 1 cup cold water. Beat in 2 or 3 eggs. Add 1 cake of yeast. Add flour to make soft dough. Beat well. Turn out on floured board and knead just enough to handle. Roll out like cookies and spread with melted butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. Let rise about 1 hour. Bake 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
