NO KNEAD DINNER ROLLS | |
1 pkg. yeast, dissolve in 1/4 c. warm water 1/2 c. sugar 2 eggs, beaten 1 tsp. salt 1 c. warm water 1/2 c. oil (scant) 4 to 5 c. unsifted flour Mix dissolved yeast, sugar, eggs and warm water. Add oil, salt and flour. Let stand until double in bulk. Punch down and roll out on floured board. Make into rolls. I use 6 ounce glass for cutting out rolls. Let stand until double in size, or until when dented with finger, the dent remains. Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 350 degrees. A tea ring can be made from this dough. Makes about 24 rolls. |
