NO KNEAD DINNER ROLLS | |
2 c. warm water 2 pkg. yeast 1/2 c. sugar 1 tbsp. salt 1/2 c. shortening, melted 2 eggs 2 c. flour 6 additional c. flour Mix warm water, yeast, and sugar; let stand 10 minutes. Add salt, shortening, eggs, and flour. Mix in. Beat with electric mixer until well blended; let stand 20 minutes. Add up to 6 cups flour. Dough will be soft. Cover, let stand until double in bulk. Shape into rolls. Let rise. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. |
