DINNER ROLLS (NO - KNEAD) 
1 c. boiling water
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter
1 pkg. yeast (pinch of sugar when dissolved)
1/4 c. lukewarm water
1 egg, slightly beaten
4 to 4 1/2 c. flour

Into large bowl place boiling water, sugar, salt, and butter. When lukewarm, add yeast (which you have dissolved in 1/4 cup lukewarm water), egg, and flour gradually.

You may make ahead of time and place in a greased bowl in refrigerator for an hour or even overnight.

Form into rolls and let rise for about 2 hours. Cover rolls with tea towel while rising. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Makes about 24 small rolls.
