DINNER ROLLS 
2 c. warm water
1/4 c. sugar
6 pkg. dry yeast
3 c. hot water
2 c. butter or shortening
1 3/4 c. sugar
8 tsp. salt
flour (use Robin Hood)
2 tall cans condensed milk
8 eggs

In large pan or bowl, mix hot water, butter or shortening, sugar and salt. When shortening is melted, add condensed milk. When lukewarm, add yeast mixture and eggs. Stir and knead in about 28 cups flour or until a little tacky. Let rise until double in bulk and knead down when the dough rises the second time. Put in pans and let rise until double in size.

Bake in 350°F oven.

Makes 10 dozen. You can 1/2 this recipe for 5 dozen.
