VEAL STEW 
2 lbs. veal stew meat
8 mild Italian sausage
1 onion, chopped
1 c. white wine
1 tsp. paprika
4 basil leaves
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 tbsp. flour

Toss veal in flour to coat. Cut sausage into 1 inch chunks and saute until brown. Remove from pan, and saute veal in sausage fat. Add onion and sausage and remaining ingredients. Add water to cover meat. Cook at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours in the oven.
