BEER BREAD 
3 c. self rising flour
1/3 c. sugar
1 can beer (NOT lite)
1/2 stick real butter

Sift flour and sugar. Add beer; mix with a fork. Pour into buttered loaf pan (glass works best). Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Pour melted butter over top. Bake 15 minutes longer.
